From the very first moment, it was exactly what we had imagined for a peaceful escape-intimate, serene, and beautifully immersed in nature. The A-frame chalets open onto breathtaking mountain views, wrapped in stillness and fresh air, as if nature itself had been thoughtfully curated. The chalets are generously sized, impeccably clean, and designed to feel both refined and deeply cozy. Every detail reflects comfort and intention. The garden, outdoor fireplace, barbecue area, and jacuzzi create an atmosphere of effortless indulgence. Perfectly positioned beneath the open sky, the jacuzzi became a daily ritual of pure relaxation. Our children were especially enchanted by Kira, the gentle dog who greeted us each morning and quickly became a cherished little friend, adding warmth, joy, and an extra touch of magic to our stay. What truly elevated the experience was the hospitality. The hosts welcomed us with genuine warmth and grace,attentive without ever intruding ensuring that every moment felt seamless, thoughtful, and sincerely cared for. The location strikes a perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and easy access when needed. VinoChalets is more than a place to stay, it is a refined retreat where nature, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality come together in perfect harmony. "Heads Up – Double Booking ExperienceI originally booked DOR because it was close to Bran Castle and offered exactly what we wanted — a spacious living room, a full kitchen, and a hot tub in each bedroom. Unfortunately, we never got to stay there. After several unanswered messages through the platform asking for check-in details, I eventually called the owner directly. He explained that the property had been double-booked and shouldn’t have been listed on VRBO at all.To his credit, he was kind and offered an alternative location. Since we had an event to attend that evening, we didn’t have time to search for another rental, so we accepted. The replacement property, however, was nowhere near the same level. It might be great for a family, but it wasn’t ideal for two couples — the walls were paper-thin, the living room and kitchen were very small, and while there was a lovely porch and outdoor area, it was too chilly and we didn’t get to enjoy it.He did graciously comp us a meal at his restaurant, which was excellent, but it didn’t make up for losing the original booking we’d been looking forward to. Overall, a disappointing situation handled politely, but still not what we reserved or expected."

"Our flight was delayed, our car booking delayed and Google got us lost up a mountain but the host persevered finding us at 1am to guide us to the villa. Adrian is a superhost for sure. He gave information, answered calls immediately, whatever I asked he provided. He even washed and polished my car as mountain dusty at bear sanctuary. The home was immaculate, with views to die for, bedding towels and hair dryer provided. Internet/WiFi, road a dirt track but what a ride seeing mountains, running hills and valleys - the local cows with bells, horse and carriages, dogs, cats, birds that roam freely, it was a delight. When meeting him from airport don't venture off the main road if Google tells you to. I ended up a mountain pitch black and got stuck having to come back down backwards. Not fun! Adrian meets you in a carpark near a memorial and childrens park, so no need to worry. You can guarantee he'll be there. Thanks Adrian I couldn't of asked for more. "

"Amazing place! Our expierence was on the top. Wild roe deers come on plant everyday. Sauna, ping Pong, grill and sunbathing make our feelings Relaxed. The road to Villa is not easy. Better take 4*4. In our Dates Pool Not works but we have to do. Communication with Host was easy and helpful"
