「When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.」

「Check in details were provided before we arrived and when we struggled accessing the property the host was available to assist promptly. He was also very responsive and quite friendly. Unfortunately with the structure of the housing there was a lot of disturbing noise from the apartment upstairs which in this case the host probably had no control over. Would definitely book again.」

「Cozy basement unit with all amenities. Close to EWR airport. Street parking mostly available. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of closet space. Loved the electric cooking range and cooking utensils. Host very helpful. Accommodated late checkout! The only thing to be aware of is the noisy tenants above, but that is not host’s problem. We enjoyed our stay!」
