"There’s a bed and running water. And the water has a smell. The wasps downstairs own the house. The toaster oven does not work so don’t take that in to account for making food. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint and peaceful cabin. Erica made the check in process very smooth and made sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay throughout our time there. The location was perfect for us as we were finishing up building in the same neighborhood. Our son absolutely loved the loft room! We really enjoyed the nature view from both the front porch and the back porch. We would highly recommend it!"

"The property has a lot of potential! It seem like the owner has put some work and $$ into the place. But the cabin requires much more work and a lot of creativity. It was apparent that the property inside and outside had not been well kept. Layers of dust were on the surfaces, 2 out three curtains in the living room were hung backwards and nearly ready to fall of the wall. The kitchen counter was gritty, the bay window in the kitchen was filled with dead inscects, but the refridgerator was new...

"This was a perfect little get-a-way, "glamping"... too hot to camp so stayed here, had sleeping bags on the floor with outdoor fun. Thank GOD for a/c, toilet and shower when the kids got hot or stinky! The deer and wild life were beautiful to see as well!"

"We were looking for a weekend getaway away from a lot people, so we chose to rent a cabin here. The cabin came without a TV which was not listed on any sight we were on. The property was beautiful and big, but the roads were gravel and muddy from a recent rain. Only one of the pools were open. The "beach" is not swimmable and is located along the Trinity River which can be pretty gross at times. The positives though were it was out of the way and very quiet. It left for a very relaxing weekend....
