「We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property. It’s pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the house was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the pool was a little dirty, but given how windy the weather was, it’s understandable and not entirely the property’s fault. 「My only complaint was the difficulty with the TV. Very confusing. Guests that also stayed at this hotel reported having the same difficulties. Only 1 elevator was operating and it was incredibly slow.」

He did not explain the hotel's amenities and was not helpful when I asked about changing my room, even though I offered to pay for an upgrade. In contrast, the lady at the reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast team was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service.」
