Herrlicher Kurzurlaub im Herbst

Die Wohnung war schön warm und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Die Angaben über die Ferienwohnung treffen genau zu. Idyllische Lage mit Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Anreise mit Auto empfehlenswert.

Spätsommer....

.... Lichtenberg. Zuerst: Das Objekt entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Es war tiptop sauber und ist vollständig ausgestattet. Ein Eierkocher, aber das ist auch das einzige, was ich mir wünschen könnte. Die Lage ist sensationell ruhig. Da in Lichtenberg selber nichts einzukaufen gibt, bis auf einen guten Bäcker, rate ich mit dem Auto anzureisen. Unsere Highlights waren eine Wanderung am Ochsenkopf und eine am Döbraberg. Kronach, Kulmbach und Bayreuth sind ebenfalls einen Abstecher wert.

Hat uns gut gefallen , das Haus ist klein aber dennoch Schnuckelig , mit Platz für 5-6 Personen , sehr schön , einziges Mango , wenn man Nachts zur Toilette ging , musste man erst einen Stock tiefer , schöner großer Garten , eine schöne große überdachte Terrasse !

Unproblematisch, gut für Mensch und Hund geeignet. Schöne Einrichtung. Tolle Gegend. Im Haus war alle vorhanden, was man braucht. Kleines Manko für Teenager: kein WLAN. Sonst: weiter so! 👍

Schön und ruhig.

Uns hat das verlängere Wochende sehr gefallen. Es gibt's viel Wald und Natur in der Nähe um mit dem Hund wandern zu gehen. Schöner Ort, schöne Unterkunft und unkomplizierte Übergabe! Liebe Grüße!

Urlaub wie gewünscht

Perfekt! Die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war prima, uns wurde alles bestens erklärt. Die Ausstattung des Objektes war gut durchdacht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr gut in Erinnerung sind unsere morgendlichen Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund zum nahegelegenen See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung pur im Frankenwald

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und die Lage im Grünen bieten beste Voraussetzungen für eine entspannte Erholung (insbesondere die Terrasse mit Blick auf Waldrand). Das Haus ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen durch den Frankenwald. Allerdings hätte sich unsere Tochter an den vereinzelten Regentagen W-LAN gewünscht. PS: Die Betreuung vor Ort war wunderbar. Viele Grüße an Familie Guth und Charly

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin war sehr nett. Nur die Nachbarn sind leider Hunden nicht so zugetan.

Gute Lage für Erholung und Ausflüge

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und wir sind zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die unmittelbar am Waldrand, am Frankenwaldsee und für ein Ferienpark erstaunlich ruhig. Allerdings waren die direkten Nachbarn in der Zeit kaum anwesend. Insgesamt versprüht das Objekt allerdings einen Charme der 80er und 90er Jahre und so hinkt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angesichts fehlender Fußbodenheizung, nicht vorhandenen WLAN, Durchlauferhitzer e.t.c. doch etwas. Trotzdem würden wir es weiter empfehlen.

Sonne und Schatten

Haus war sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute und ruhige Lage. Ausssentreppe und Geländer sind mangelhaft. Geländer biettet im Ernstfall keinen Halt, weil es garantiert abbrechen wird. Holztreppe im nassen Zustand glatt. Türschloss (ist nicht der Schliesszylinder) war defekt wurde nach einigen Diskussionen aber ausgetauscht. Durchlauferhitzer zu schwach dimensioniert. Bei Warmwasserentnahme in der Küche wird es unter der Dusche kalt. Für 85 € pro Tag grenzwertig.
