"We needed a place to stay overnight in Licking. This property had good reviews so we stayed there. Room was clean, the property was maintained,but it is an older property. The breakfast was just cereal so we went across the street to a restaurant there in Licking."

"We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for everyone, the host was wonderful, the home is beautiful, and it is so secluded and peaceful! Also one of the best stocked kitchens we have experienced in a vacation rental. This made meals so much easier! We also very much enjoyed fishing at Montauk state park! Thank you!"
