“The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested. The bathroom entrance was tiny and so was the……

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area. And breakfast was perfect. We will stay here again!”

“Wonderful place to stay in Monopoli, specifically as a foreigner! My girlfriend and I traveled here for a wedding. We were not familiar with the region or city and do not speak italian but staying at Bellariva made the entire experience easy and luxurious. The bedroom and bathroom amenities were clean and of high quality. “It was just an Ok property. Location is good. Breakfast was far away and not very good. Street was very loud, because it was right in the middle of town. Beach far away. No windows. Poor ventilation. Staff was good. I would not go back, though. There was no telephone to call when I arrived. I asked nearby and they told me to go to the next location and ask. I had to call for the staff to come and help me. All very confusing.”
