「I had a very disappointing stay here. First, the room had no heating. While the staff were helpful and provided extra blankets, it was still freezing and difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, there was no heater in the bathroom either. The hot water is also unreliable. We had hot water earlier in the day, but by 10:00 PM, there was no hot water at all, making it impossible to shower in the cold. The bathroom design is a major issue: there is no shower curtain, and while there is a drain...

「the air conditioning would not allow you to set the room lower than 23 degrees Celsius which is 73 degrees F. When asking the staff if our AC was broken her response was that it was cold enough. Being that it’s June and peak heat this was very uncomfortable to sleep with. Bathrooms didn’t have any ventilation and did smell musty/moldy. 」

「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「Ein heruntergekommenes 4-Sterne-Hotel mit verblichenen und fleckigen Teppichen, unbequemen und winzigen Matratzen und einem winzigen Badezimmer. Das Zimmer allgemein machte einen wenig einladenden Eindruck. Ein Summen war die ganze Nacht im Hintergrund zu hören, wobei wir die Ursache nicht ausmachen konnten. Baulich bedingt ist das Bad recht klein, was auch weiter keine Erwähnung wert wäre. Dass allerdings in einem Haus mit 4 Sternen + S der Toilettendeckel lose ist, annähernd keine...

「第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？」
