All of the staff we have interacted with have been the most caring and attentive people I have ever met, especially at the Makuti bar day in day out they even recommended us some films to watch. The pictures of the place you see are exactly what you get. If you are like us and do not often experience people waiting on you hand and foot it’s a surreal experience but something that makes the trip So amazing. The dining experience - just WOW! “The hotel room costed about 250€ for 2 days sea-views on weekdays in October at the low season period. That is not worth it personally. Although, the hotel was not full but they assigned us for a room at the ended right-handed side from the hotel, which people can have a half sea-view only. ”

We found the food in the themed restaurants great, maybe they could improve the food options for the main restaurant, especially for vegetarian guests. As in many resorts in Crete there were few stray cats and it was nice to notice one of the staff leaving some food and water available for them.
