Enjoy tropical lagoon views, on a centrally located, beachfront resort. This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style resort is situated oceanfront on 25 lush acres of Kauai's eastern shore. Conveniently located between Kauai’s south and north shores, making it perfect for your island adventures. Only minutes from the airport, Costco, Walmart and Shopping. You will go thru a tree canopy lined drive that leads to the Kauai Beach Resort and Villas. Several acres of beach front property to enjoy and explore. Paradise will be your back yard!

Conveniently located just 6-minutes by car to the Lihue airport, 3-minutes to the Wailua Golf Course, and 6-minutes to nearby Lydgate Beach Park, Kamalani Playground, and the Wailua River Fern Grotto.

Right on the water
This condo was close to the airport (15 minutes) and downtown Lihue. The resort is about half a mile from the main road, so was nice and quiet and maybe 100 yards from the beach. The unit was clean and spacious with two bedrooms (three beds), and we enjoyed the pools at the neighboring Outrigger hotel. Would stay again!

Lihue Vacation.
Very nice place to stay. Could it use some upgrades? Sure. But, compared to other places and cost this was a great stay. We had no issues. Unit was clean and it had everything you needed. Just know you cannot get in the water at this beach. To rocky and rough. But us a great beach to sit and walk on. All the pools are great. It is centrally located to mist everything. Short 5 min ride to the airport.

Great stay!
Check in was easy, beautiful property, easy communication with property manager. The only downfall was bringing our luggage up : flights of stairs, the couch sags in when sitting on it and the pull out bed needs to be replaced. Overall great location, awesome pool, would definitely stay here again !

Perfect location for family vacation
We enjoyed our stay in this villa for a week in December 2023. It’s so nice to walk beach to watch sunrise every morning and outside pools in the resort to be relaxed. Also, it’s very easy access to drive several areas such as Wailua River and Poipu Beach.

Stayed a little over 2 weeks
It made us feel like we lived there and hard to leave. Loved the amenities, pools, ocean, grilles. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We added two new boogie boards and a fishing pole to the closet. Mahalo

Family stay for family reunion
I expected to have more family stay with us and that’s why we rented the double room condo. It just was my two young sons and myself, but the space was very clean and beautiful with a wonderful view. On the first night the lights in the hallway were out so it was hard to see, but that issue was taken care of by the next day. We had everything we could possibly need for cooking, the beach, and entertaining (if family came over) except for a can opener, but I borrowed it from other family staying in another condo. The amenities (mainly access to the pools) and ability to keep our own food in a large fridge were the highlight of our stay. Netflix and Disney were available for my kids and we felt safe and comfortable in the condo. The A/C and ability to control it in multiple areas of the condo was wonderful as well as the multiple balcony areas. The washer/dryer was also great. Thank you so much for allowing us to feel at home on vacation!

Perfect for Families!
My family loved this condo! Lots of space for them to spread out. The pools were great. Water slide was fun. Staff at the little snack/towel shack were so nice! Super convenient location - was pretty central to all the places we went. We would love to come back again in the future.
