“Thalia was a lovely home. Beautifully renovated and everything was nice, new and clean. Great location for north shore exploration. Close to Hanalei and Princeville. Communication and courtesy were great. Would stay again!”

“The house was a decent size and fit us all comfortably, it is also located in a beautiful neighborhood with minimal traffic which was great for the kids. We loved the location and how close the beach was.Some cons I have is the cleanliness of the house it could definitely use a deep clean and some minor upgrades and renovations wouldn’t hurt(:We found termite droppings upstairs in the living room and small German roaches here and there. “Excellent location between Poipu Beach and Shipwreck beach. You can access beaches, the Grand Hyatt resort, Lava Arch, and the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail by foot via a very nice walking path. Also close to a magnificent fruit stand, but walking there involves walking alongside a highway without a sidewalk, so better to drive. House is well equipped. Great kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. The bathrooms for the Queen suites are minuscule, so be prepared for that. Indoor and outdoor living could not……

“This is a great property in Princeville. You get a peek of the ocean from your back patio, but there's also an amazing huge tree that makes the perfect view. Kitchen is well stocked and even had a soft sided cooler that we utilized for long beach days. There were beach chairs and an umbrella that we got a ton of use out of as well. Each room has a ceiling fan and a floor fan that kept us cool enough at night with no A/C. The pool is small, but has an 8ft deep end and our kids LOVED it. Foodland……

“The location and grounds are extraordinary -- a quick walk to the beach (be careful of the rips, it's only safe to swim on the sides of the beach); stunning vegetation - so many fruit trees!
