「No one ever spend your money at this property. No hot water. No phone in the room, bed bugs. I booked for 2 days but can’t sleep 1st day left the earliest next morning. Customer service closed at 9:00 pm. HORRIBLE experience no one to complain. I reached there night at 8 no hot water ask the reception I was told technician would be there shortly waited till 10:00pm no response」

「Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.」

「Well there was noise coming out from it at night , unsafe environment and then also the furniture was torn and look so old and ugly . Not even breakfast provided not the bedsheets. Towels had stains and so does bedspread . Unsafe since the security level is so poor.」

「酒店距离Nadi机场一小时车程，房间干净，但是没有窗户，只有一扇门是通往外面的，打开的话蚊子会进来，所以房间的通风是个问题，好在房间里有空调。住宿体验总体一般吧。有点是距离香格里拉酒店不远，仅隔一条马路，可以过去转转」
