Good hotel for a short break. No shops restaurants near. Close to Railway , metro etc so convenient for going into the city. .The room was fine, clean comfy and warm with good bathroom. Breakfast a bit overpriced at 15 euros. I would return

Good location to get into Lille centre easily. However, extremely dated facility, particularly the bedrooms. Small beds, damp patches, hooks hanging off walls. Perfect for a lads weekend, would not recommend for families or couples - not unless you want a divorce 😀

Check in was easy enough.The room was clean.Thats the good stuff. Bed was rock hard,pillows cheap rubbish.TV didnt work and adjoining door couldn't be locked(lost the key)Shower rail was loose.Payed for parking when i got there,on my 3rd night i was locked out of my room,receptionist informed me THEY had made a mistake and only charged me 2 nights parking,instead of 3,they then found it fit to lock me out of my room over their mistake,locked out over €6,i was not impressed to say the least. You can hear all the rooms around you,everything.Wont be using there chain again,terrible experience.

The location is in the middle of nowhere. Near a subway rail. That was quite loud in my opinion. The receptionist deserves a compliment though. She was very friendly, and she spoke English. I was quite pleased with that because my French is terrible.

Comfortable and convenient

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room and bed, onsite parking was a bonus, even if you gave to pay. Hotel was out from the city but the nearby Metro was very convenient.

The rooms were satisfactory, comfortable and clean. They were in a separate block from the reception and dining facilities. The dining service in the evening we were there was slow; there seemed to be a lack of staff. Limited menu for evening meals. There was a wide range of food at breakfast but the hot food was not kept adequately supplied. All in all, satisfactory.

The Internet connexion wasnt working and also the staff knew about the problem they didnt bather so much to fixe it And if you would not put down the toilette sit the room became smelly ( discusting toilette smell) In rest it was ok

OK if not interested in food.

When I arrived I asked what time the advertised restaurant opened to be told it wasn't open. I booked this hotel for the restaurant so I didn't have to go looking around an unknown City for somewhere to eat. I did look around but couldn't find anywhere with parking so had to settle for a burger meal !!! Also at breakfast there was nothing in the heated section and the workers were sat drinking coffee uninterested. NOT recommended.

Le patron est très sympathique mais le lit n'était pas très confortable et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas (ou alors je n'ai pas su comment faire). Une belle toile d'araignée en arrivant et quelques autres derrière la TV mais ce n'est pas trop gênant malgré tout car le diner était très bon et le petit déjeuner également.
