    This apartment is furnished, and the building is extremely quiet.
    The neighborhood is very pleasant, with shops nearby: a bakery, a butcher, and a grocery store.

    On the 1st floor with elevator access in a secure building, this furnished apartment offers a beautiful living space:
    - A hallway with storage space leads to the main room.
    - You then enter a large 22m² living room-kitchen with a sofa bed (very comfortable 17cm mattress), a coffee table, and a dining area.
    - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, and two hotplates. It also features a breakfast bar in addition to the large countertop. You'll find a complete set of dishes for 4 people (+ cooking accessories).
    - As a bonus, the bathroom has a washing machine.

    The apartment is bright!
