The ideal location in Asia! The house is minutes .5 mile/800 meters to Cayma beach and boulevard. Located at Km 97.5 south of Lima, the house is in the gated beach condominium Las Rocas del Mar. The condominium is small with only 23 houses, close to everything, family-oriented, and safe with 24 hours security.

The first level of the house is furnished has cable, WiFi, and includes kitchen appliances, hot water, umbrella, beach chairs, coolers. The condominium is secure with security 24 hours a day. Each room accommodates a maximum of 4 people.

Guests have access to the first floor only (3 rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, patio, and pool) DO NOT try to enter the second floor or try to open any doors that are locked. Please bring your own toiletries. Only bed sheets and towels are provided.

Guests are required to comply with the condominium rules and are responsible for any damage caused and penalties due to violations of the rules.
- Only up to 2 compact cars can park in front of the house in the lawn area. Extra cars have to park outside the condominium by the entrance.
- Keep the condominium clean, do not litter in public areas.

- Do not hang clothes, towels, etc. on the terraces, there is a hanging rack in back
- Take out trash to the dumpster by the main entrance only after 10 pm

- Loud music is NOT allowed after 2:00 a.m.
- No smoking inside the house. Dispose of cigarette butts in the trash.

- No drugs allowed

- This is a family condominium, be respectful to others. Misbehavior under the influence of alcohol will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion.
- DO NOT try to enter the second floor or try to open any doors that are locked.
Check out - 12 pm
- Tidy up the house as you found it. Take out ALL trash to the dumpster, turn the water heater off, clean the grill if you used it.
***Any violation of these rules can result in a fine of up to $500 from your security deposit and security may escort you out of the condominium. ***

Invitados están obligados a cumplir con las normas del condominio. Son responsables de cualquier daños causado y de sanciones debido a violaciones de las normas.

- Solo 2 autos compactos puede estacionarse frente de la casa en la área de césped. Carros adicionales tienen que parquear afuera por la entrada del condominio
- Mantener el condominio limpio, no tire basura en áreas públicas
- No cuelgue ropa, toallas, etc. en las terraza, hay un colgador adentro
- Sacar la basura al contenedor de basura por la entrada principal después de las 10pm.
- Música a todo volumen no está permitido después de las 2:00 am
- No fumar dentro de la casa. Disponer de colillas de cigarrillos en el basurero.
- No se permite uso de drogas
- Este es un condominio familiar, ser respetuoso con los demás. El mal comportamiento bajo la influencia del alcohol no será tolerado y puede resultar en expulsión.
- No entrar el segundo piso o tratar de abrir puertas que están cerradas con llave.
