This is my second time in Tambo 1 hotel convenience, safe and clean…Located in the tourist area, but is about easy 35 min. drive from the airport on a good day, reason the traffic in Lima is horrible…I will stay again…

Excellent hotel and staff in Miraflores with wonderful breakfast daily. Our family room is spacious with 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed, living room area, a terrace and nice rain shower. The mattress was excellent. Excellent sleep that night. Walkable distance to Larcomar. Took off a star because there is no elevator. But the staff do help you with the luggage.

Staff is five stars for all services but I would like standard about cleaning. I can be misunderstood or don’t speak very well on our communication but for protocol and cleaning see important from our eyes to comfortable overall. Bathroom needs always to be clean same standard we found the room while checking in. Bed and sheets are clean and neat but cleaning like focus on the floor - bath and walking through room is a necessity - while we stay at hotel, not only using air spray for ambience like desodorante. Overall I would be back but paying attention for this point to be all 5 stars comfortable . As a humble suggestion, for the night reception could have a bottle of tea in small cup shots because The weather is crispy cold around. It makes more warm because this hotel is very cozy and great.
