Great view and location

This is our second time staying here. Both times were for 2 weeks each. The ocean view is amazing. The front door staff and the owner are very responsive and take care of things in a timely manner. Loved our stay.

Winter Get Away

This condo is easy to get to easy to walk and vehicle from and easy to stay in. We stayed 6 weeks to escape winter and loved every minute. Thanks for a lovely time!!

This apartment has security 24 hours a day, a private garage, I found everything I needed, and we had an excellent view of the sea, very quiet, my family and I were very happy with having found a place to stay when we return

Best stay in Lima

We have been to Lima 4 times and this was our best stay yet. The view of the Pacific Ocean was amazing. We walked along the Malecón every day. Quick walk to Larcomar and amazing restaurants. Rodolfo made everything easy...from check in to check out (later to accommodate our plane later. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent vacation home!!!

We had the best experience in Peru, mostly due to the fact that the condo where we stayed was impeccable. It has an amazing view and great security. It's very spacious and very well taken care of. It's spacious and very clean. All the appliances were fully functioning. The security was very nice and helpful and the manager available right away if needed. Very good restaurants, malls and tourist attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit.

The best place to stay in Peru

I've stayed at this rental 3 times. And everytime is just pure perfection. From the doorman to communicating with the property owner. A+ customer service. Apartment is just as described with spectacular views. On my last day I had a unfortunate cancelation of my flight and Mr.Brandes was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Great host, great location with a wonderful view!

The property is located in a great area, very safe, close to Barranco and Miraflores restaurants and stores, and accessible to paths for a good morning jog by the malecon and the beach. Loved it!!! The view from the property to the malecon is beautiful and very refreshing to see in the morning and in the evening. Rodolfo was very prompt with answers and accommodating us with early check in and late checkout. The apartment is nice, with enough dishes and cutlery. Only room for improvement is to possibly have more wine glasses available for the number of people at the condo. Other than that, all was well supplied. Great internet connection amazing! We had 3 people working remotely, and all was very smooth for us. Great speed and bandwidth. We had a great time at this property and would love to be back again. Thanks Rodolfo for a great stay and always making us feel welcome!

In a single word "WONDERFUL"

Our Experience. Katty and I had the pleasure of staying here for 20 days. From the first contact this was a pleasant experience. Every detail is as published and promised. The condo is clean and well furnished. The the view from the balcony is better than the picture. At night it is even better. The location is also very good. It is a short walk to Lacomar (a shopping mall). It is along the ocean, I recommend a walk during the day and again and night. Barranco is right next door and is a quaint area of Lima. We enjoyed exploring it. There are too many places and restaurants that I could name, instead it is yours to discover. The people of Peru are very helpful and nice. The only thing negative are the drivers, once on the road it is everyone for themselves. Unless you are leaving the city we don't think you need a car. Let the taxi drivers do it for you, they are everywhere and affordable. We obviously recommend a stay here, It is a great value. May your travels be safe and happy! Brian and Katty

Miraflores Condo..Fantastic Deal and perfect launching point to see Lima.

Great property! Right on the border of Miaflores & Barranco. 15th Floor overlooking Parque Armendariz and the Contemporary Museum. Safe neighborhood with good restaurants in walking distance. We easily walked thru beautiful neighborhoods and along Costa Verde to Larcomar, Park of Love, Miraflores Beach. Barranco Plaza is walkable distance or a very short taxi ride. The building has a doorman and is secure. We felt safe to jog the neighborhood early AM. The unit has 2 regular bedrooms/baths and accommodated 4 adults very well. Balcony was great to sit and have coffee. Additionally, there are 2 small bedrooms (1 with separate bath) that are reasonable and we used 1 for a guest that stayed overnight. Manageable kitchen and washer/dryer was a real plus for the week's stay. Host was very nice and accessible. He came by to check if everything was ok and reset safe for our use. My girlfriend is a clean freek...and she was very satisfied with the condition of the unit and the sanitization certificate provided. The Country just reopened for tourism and there are no crowds for anything. Covid restrictions in place (public requires a double mask and some curfews)..but very manageable and small price to pay to visit with no crowds. We did a day trip to Parracas to see the Humble Penguins and Red Desert. We used "Andean Tours" to provide private car service for transportation/tours, activities outside walking distance and transport to/from airport. Fantastic service!! Wonderful stay..couldn't ask for anything more.

The neighborhood is beautiful. safe, clean and the apartment provides besutiful relaxing views. Nice cafes and restaurants are accessible by walking distance, the food in Peru is amazing. Breathtaking and Comfortable

Well, this is my 2nd trip and I stayed again at this 3 bed/3bath, plus an additional guest room, fully loaded and AMAZING. What is not to love about this place besides the comfort, TV's in all rooms, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a parking space as well. Spectacular view with a balcony. Right in the prime area of Miraflores. Walking distance to any Eatery, Casino, Market or Pharmacy. I'd be happy to give you details and places to visit. Love this property and location.

Breathtaking View & More

Love love this property. Wouldn't suggest months of April or May, due to extreme daily fog obstructing the view. Bedrooms/beds were clean and comfortable. Great Direct TV Channels. Very Charming place. Kitchen well stocked. The property manager was extremely accommodating and generous. The Living Room Sliding Door to the balcony (although on the 15th Floor) brought in debris from the vehicles, so every so often, sweeping is a must. Would stay there 1000% again. Yasmin S.

Easy access to everything, well equipped and clean

Property was nice, clean and always felt safe in the apartment and neighborhood. I left the apartment for a few days while I visited Machu Picchu and my mom stayed in the apartment alone, but never had any worries. I highly recommend walking to San Antonio bakery for breakfast and to Tottus market to fill up the fridge with local fruit and vegetables.

Ocean View is Amazing!!

My family and I were extremely happy staying in this condominium. Impecable cleaned, walking distance to beaches, Larcomar, Pastelería San Antonio. High floor very private. Security is great with a doorman at all times. Ocean View is AMAZING!! We'll come back anytime!

Gorgeous view

Great location, within 10 minute walking to LarcoMar very close to great restaurants and stores. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished; also includes secure parking. Excellent ocean view, right next to jogging and walking trails.

Nice apartment in a great location

We had a great stay. We had a last minute cancelation of a property we were planning on staying at and Rodolfo and Maria Brandes were able to book us last minute, which was a life saver because we had no where else to stay on our trip. Everything went as well as we could of hoped for. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to work with and my wife and I wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next trip. The apartment is in a great location and was much nicer than staying at any hotel.
