This is a very beautiful Condo located in the most touristic district in Lima, Peru. It is located in Miraflores District and it is on the 6th floor. Very well located, and with two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this condo is not just in a great location,it is in a walking distance to the best attractions in Miraflores :Kennedy Park, Larco Mar Mall, Love Park and Av. Larco and great restaurants. This condo super safe with security camaras and 24/7 doorman. This place is very comfortable and well set, linen and towels are provided. Home Owner is an Peruvian/American Professional who understands tourism standards.
Providing a tranquil environment, the condo is a Designed condo. Feature a full kitchen, a beautiful dining area, a seating area, and TV.
Free private parking is possible on site. Jorge Chavez International Airport is 15 km away. Transfers to the airport can be arranged for an extra fee.

Very nice place

Every thing was fine however it didn’t have the essentials like in the kitchen and at shower where it advertised as having shampoo. Also the floor is sort of slippery. Overall it’s a nice place.

This apartment is located in a nice neighborhood. Niko, the doorman, is a charming person. The building have security system. It is a lot of restaurants, pharmacy, beauty salons, currency exchange business places, and all types of comercial.

Great Location!

We stayed for 12 days in this condo and the check in was great. Vanessa who is the wife's owner was very helpful and always willing to help. The condo was very clean and we loved how it was decorated. Also it has all of the amenities that you are looking to feel like home. It was close to the ocean and parks. It is safe and well located if you want to take a walk and relax. The main Miraflores park is few blocks from this condo. We highly recommend this condo and for sure, We would love to stay again in this place!

Good value, great location!

Apartment was clean, easily accessible with 24 hour security. Sister of owner lives just across the hall and is quickly helpful and responsive. She met us (even at 2am) to let us in, and gave us a brief tour. Even responded well when the toilet stopped flushing. Fridge and stove worked, they included some tea for us and other amenities like toilet paper, soap, some magazines, and a working television. Water heater and laundry machines also worked well. Beds were moderately comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay.
