When we checked in the staff offered us a room with 2 small twin beds, our reservations were for a king bed or two queen beds. He said we had to pay a $12 upgrade to get a king bed per day. We were very disappointed with the idea of having to upgrade to a king bed from what we reserved.

Very clean room, housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly. Miranda at the front desk helped us with straightening out the parking garage payments.
