“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“Check in was seemless. The man at the desk showed me where their secure parking lot was (across the street) and how to operate the gate. Reception is 24/7 so someone is always there. Lots to do, see, and eat in the local area. Staff very friendly and helpful Wifi easy to connect, reliable and speedy ”
