「Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) 「Wij hadden 1 nachtje geboekt om naar een concert te gaan in de buurt.Kort van tevoren bedachten we dat we er 2 nachten van wouden maken.Opgebeld en het werd meteen geregeld voor een zeer schappelijke prijs.Ook kregen wij een upgrade van de b&b naar het Mimosa hotel.Dit was nog dichterbij het centrum en de kamer met ontbijt was voor de prijs prima!Bedden liggen heerlijk.Zeer vriendelijk personeel doen alles voor je.Wij zijn zeer tevreden 」
