“Leider war die EEZZ nicht in der Lage die Unterkunft vor unserm Besuch zu Begutachten ob auch alles in Ordnung war. Es war leider nicht in Ordnung. Nicht richtig gereinigt , fehlende Fliegengitter bzw defekte Fliegengittertür. Bettlaken für Einzelbetten obwohl Doppelbett Entschuldigung, ab das ist kein Kundenservice.”

“First off, I expected a lot more from this place. It is dubbed as a "luxury" houseboat, but it had very little hospitality. There was a "welcome bag" in the kitchen with 1 roll of toilet paper (why not just put it in the bathroom??), some cleaning cloths, enough coffee for 2 cups, a tiny pouch of soap for one shower and some trash bags. The bed linens aren't even put on the beds; we had to do it ourselves! No towels either. We were expected to take out the trash, too. The price was waaaay too……

“In dem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. In der näheren Umgebung kann man viele tolle Besichtigen und Roermond ist auch nur einen kleinen Weg entfernt. Man konnte schön auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Blick aufs Wasser genießen. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hausboot. Würde ich noch einmal buchen.”
