“We liked this place so much that we booked it again on our second swing by Bologna.
This is the PERFECT base if you are doing the cheese and acetto tours, plus it is a gorgeous classical Italian country villa.
The parking is a bit confusing, and the is hardly any signs that point you to the check-in office, but it is a minor issue UNLESS you arrive after 8pm.
You must also make sure you pay all due taxes at check-in if you plan to checkout before 7am.

“This lovely little area of Castelvetro was a pleasure to stay in! The Locanda rooms were spacious and had nice amenities for coffee and tea.
