“Inadequate cooking facilities and the smallest and most difficult and awkward bathroom imaginable. The spaces were all cramped and difficult to maneuver. The front desk is advertised to be open all day and into the night, but good luck finding staff actually there at any time. The heat doesn't work and the bedding not adequate for that when it gets cold at night.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Pinelopi Hotel in Platanes, Crete. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by Pinelopi and her friendly family-run team, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Receptionist Panagiota was a treasure, and even WhatsApped us suggestions of great restaurants and sights to visit. Even the bus timetable! “Super 3-Sterne Hotel, besser als einige 4-Sterne Hotels in denen ich schon war. Die Zimmer sind topmodern (smart-room) und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Die Poolbar ist ebenfalls super, hin und wieder bekommt man einen Raki oder ähnliches von den Barkeepern ausgegeben :). Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
