"Property could be a maintained and cleaned up. -Room assignment was random and required 3 phone calls. Ended up with a first floor room without much of a view. Was told we had to call at exactly 4 o’clock to get key code. -fireplace inoperable. Had to adjust pilot controls to get it to come on then ..."
