「Good view. Did not like the check-in process; confirmation says 3:00 pm checkin time but front desk said 4:00 pm and no apology from front desk, she just said complain to booking agent. Nobody takes responsibility anymore, Also, the big view window was dangerous because it was thin glass sliding window that went too low and is a falling danger three scooped above the ground. Should be a safety violation and probably is but no enforcement. I would never bring kids to this room.」

「The furniture in the room was filthy. The beds were so uncomfortable. There’s no ac and the heater would not turn off. It was ungodly hot even with the balcony door open. The floor turned our socks black. There was black mold in the shower. The lighting was horrible. The only saving grace is the view from the balcony and the location of the hotel. Staff was friendly and being pet friendly was a plus although Expedia didn’t say that I was going to pay extra for my dog once I checked in.」
