The Space:

Winter light moves across the water as waves roll in just beyond the deck, filling the space with the steady sound of the ocean. Inside, the studio stays warm and quiet, inviting slow mornings, storm watching, and evenings spent listening to the surf through wide windows.



This oceanfront studio condo sits in a rare low-bank waterfront setting with on-site private beach access from the complex. As a corner end unit, it offers extra windows and expansive ocean views from a single-level layout with no stairs. Designed for up to two guests, the open studio balances comfort and simplicity, making it easy to settle in and unwind.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio features a pillow top king bed positioned to keep the ocean close at all hours. The open layout blends the sleeping and living areas without separation, creating an easy, relaxed flow throughout the space. An electric indoor fireplace adds warmth and ambiance during cooler coastal evenings.



Living space and entertainment

A power reclining loveseat anchors the living area, set to enjoy ocean views and time indoors. Smart TV(s), high-speed Wi-Fi, and an Ethernet connection support streaming, remote work, or quiet downtime. A dedicated workspace is located within the studio, offering a comfortable spot to check in when needed.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals indoors, with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ample counter space. Granite counters and ocean views make even simple meals feel unhurried. A dining table for two sits nearby for morning coffee or relaxed dinners after a beach walk.



Bathroom and laundry

The full bathroom includes a spa-style standing shower and granite counters, with bathroom essentials provided. A washer and dryer are located in the unit, convenient for longer stays or wet winter days along the coast.

The condo is part of a single-level oceanfront complex with a private entrance and on-site beach access. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, making arrivals and departures simple.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking. Beachside Retreats is located in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood, featuring unique direct beach access from the property. Walk the sands and search for hidden gems along the beaches, perhaps find a hidden glass float to take home from the Finders Keepers float fairies of Lincoln City, then head back to your private getaway and relax in the luxury of your private beachfront condo and soak in your tub watching the waves.

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
