Beautiful Ocean Views From All Three Levels!

We are so happy to share our "Bella Vista" home in Lincoln City with you. It's warm and inviting with amazing ocean views from all three levels. Located in the Roads End neighborhood of Lincoln City, this tastefully decorated home is close to the beach. It is just a short walk and your toes are in the sand. The top level has a nice large kitchen with a gas stove, Keurig coffee pot, regular coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and utensils. Lots of cabinets, a pantry, plenty of counter space and big eating bar with seating for 5. The dining table seats six. Plus, we have kept your little ones in mind with a kids picnic table, booster seat, kids dishes, mini crib and a baby gate. There's a wet bar with a wine fridge. The living room has a comfortable couch, love seat and a swivel chair. Enjoy high speed internet, cable TV, 4K Ultra HD Roku TV, 4K Blu-Ray with a selection of movies and a nice sound system for your entertainment. Board games, cards, dice plus a full size foosball, ping pong, corn hole and air hockey table in the garage. On the second level you of the home you will find two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a desk with an office chair. On the lower level is the kids room. It has a bunk bed with a double mattress, twin mattress on the top bunk and a pull out trundle mattress. Each bedroom has its own cable and HD Smart Roku TV's with inputs for your gaming console.
Lincoln City offers 7.5 miles of beach to enjoy. Sleep in and relax or stay up and play at the Chinook Winds Casino. Shop at the Factory Outlet Stores and enjoy the beach gift shops and restaurants. This is truly an amazing home, you may never want to leave!
Maximum occupancy is 7 persons. The exterior of the home is protected with security video cameras. Please take note: This home is three levels so it is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
