Really old junk furniture. Chair leg loose- about to break & bed mattress super old. Price is great. Bed sheet dirty- had hairs and stain. No extra blanket for cold- just bed spread. Just needs better furniture. They brought new bedding and blanket. Great place for dogs and we would stay again for the “price”. Affordable of staying for a week. Can see the Ocean from a balcony…

This was our first time using a VrBo listing and it was worth it. It was a small apt with a beautiful view of the ocean on the second floor balcony. The fireplace in the living room was our destination area for the majority of it all. And we loved being able to travel down 20min to the market and seeing all the beautiful veiws. A very peaceful stay.

Decent, cheap place with a BEAUTIFUL view, we were able to have our dog with us & it’s short walk to Lincoln beach or short drive to Siletz bay. Any noise coming from the hallway was loud and the door to our room needed a threshold on the bottom of the door as it has an inch or two open gap at the bottom. It was a nice stay though and we had a great time.

The apartment was very cute, having a full kitchen, the fireplace and that amazing view made it a great time for a cheap weekend away. The whole building needs deep cleaned, beach rentals are sandy and rusty but this place just hasn’t been truly CLEANED in awhile. The walls are also PAPER THIN! All in all it was a great weekend away, the city and surrounding cities are a blast 🐶

The view was amazing, was a little trek to the beach, but well worth it. The room was okay, not sure we will stay again, the bedroom area was not ideal for our liking. The shower wasn't the best but it did work. The cable did not work in our room and it says that you can stream Netflix, but that wasn't even an option on our tv.

While this property had a good ocean view and a nice fireplace, that was about the only thing good. All the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the kitchen had next to nothing in it; not even salt and pepper. The next door tenet had 2 large dogs that they left home alone and they barked constantly. The place was cheap but even cheap places can be comfortable and have the basic amenities. Will never stay here again nor recommend it.

This property was perfect to suit my needs. It was just as described. Very clean. The full kitchen allowed me to prepare food during my three week trip. Oh my goodness, the fireplace was perfect for chilly evenings on the coast. I liked the little walk to the beach. It gave me a chance to stretch my legs and keep my activity level up even while I was on vacation. Self check-in is always a plus. This property is located more on the southern end of Lincoln city so on most days heavy traffic is avoided. It is still close enough to all the things to do in town. This one is a big thing for me. The WiFi worked perfectly!

Okay, so this is our 3rd year at Sandstone Point, will definitely go back to the rooms we had last year. Better view, better bed and most of all it had a working fireplace. I love the fireplace and to give credit where it is due the handy man did try to fix it, but was unable to, so 7 days without a fireplace was frustrating. It was comfortable, just not as comfortable as I expected.

We checked into our vacation rental late on a Saturday evening and immediately determined that this was not the level of accommodation that we expected from the pictures. We immediately contacted Vacasa to inform them we would like to cancel our week of stay at this location and intended to check out on Sunday. The phone personnel and on site manager were very helpful and we were given a pro-rated refund for the unused nights of stay. We checked into a different hotel in Lincoln City and enjoyed the beautiful beaches.
