We absolutely LOVED staying here. I came with my husband and 2 small kids and it fit us all perfectly. The pool was fun, we got to borrow binoculars and sand toys as well. It was truly a dream vacation! We stayed for a full week and had our room deep cleaned once while we were there which was perfect for our stay.

The unobstructed view is always a 10. The kitchens vary as they are individually owned but always suitable for feeding a family. I love this place for the ocean view.

We picked this property because it was within our budget and it was oceanfront. We absolutely love the location. It is an older property, but has been kept up decently. I love being able to listen to the ocean all night long and take some steps to get to the ocean easily.

For how clean and amazing the room is the bed was not good it was very hard like a door under you . It was hard I woke up hurting all through the night and couldn't wait to go home to my own bed . I loved how clean everything was except a few dishes had food on them so that was gross . The room smelled very clean and everything eles was amazing . I will stay here again buy maybe a different room from room 10 I just can't do that bed . Please change that mattress .

We stayed in unit that was located right next to the pool and has an incredible ocean view. The stairs to go to the beach are located right outside the back glass sliding door (beware, there are about 90 stairs. If that is hard for you getting to the beach will be rough). The rental didn't meet my expectations for cleanliness and is not upgraded or modernized at all. If you expect something newer, this is not the place for you. We had a great time and there were no problems at all.

Perfect view and a nice property for our family. Stairs to the beach where we could play and, later, build a bonfire. Lots of firewood on the beach. The condo had all the necessities, not a lot of extras. Picnic tables out front were nice. The Rec Room and pool were okay, but not open very late, only til 7. It was great to have two beds in the living area although one was slanted. Beds were okay, not great. Some noise from upstairs neighbors but not terrible. Feeling the beach air, hearing the waves and being so close to the ocean was the best part.

The location was very good, although there was only a partial ocean view. The staff was very helpful and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The coffee provided was weak, so you may want to bring your own. Hooks for coats and items would have been great. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.
