  • Experience the warmth and charm of our 5 bedroom, 3 bath classic 1930's beach front home. Charlie's Place was completely renovated in 1999, restoring the original knotty pine paneling and wood floors. Walk from the living room to the spacious beach front deck with only a few steps to the sand. Let the kids play on the beach under your watchful eye while you enjoy your favorite book from the comfort of indoors. Witness the brilliant colors of a majestic sunset or the power of waves crashing during a winter storm...all available at Charlie's Place!

    House Configuration (Sleeps 14) includes:
    • Entry level of home: Ocean facing Queen bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, living/dining area with flat screen TV, fireplace and door out to ocean facing two, tiered deck
    • Second floor: Two ocean facing King bedrooms, ocean facing Queen bedroom, full bathroom, and washer and dryer.
    • Lower level: Bunkroom (3 sets of bunk beds, sleeps 6), full bath, tv area with a fireplace, & access to the yard & beach

This was a great place to stay for our yearly girls trip was seven ladies. We each had our own bed and our room and having three bathrooms was such a bonus. There was plenty of room for everyone. Love the deck space and the super easy access to the beach would definitely stay here again with friends or family as it’s the perfect location and easy to get to it truly has everything you need for an amazing getaway.

Absolutely fantastic vacation! The location and access to the beach couldn't be better. Our family of 7, including 2 toddlers, had plenty of space with comfortable seating and beds on all 3 floors.Loved the wall of windows and rear deck with Adirondack chairs to watch beachcombers, kite fliers, shorebirds, the tide and sunsets.

This place was a gem! Easy access to the beach. Tons of room and spaces to be in the house if needed. The upstairs rooms were beautiful and had great view. The bunkroom was fun for the kids.

Girl’s trip 2025

The house was more than big enough for our group. Loved that we were just steps off the beach. Enjoyed the daily visit by one specific seagull. Will look at this house again in the future for our yearly trips to the coast.

50th Birthday Celebration

It was so great to be right on the beach! Plenty of room to spread out. The big windows looking right out to the ocean from the main floor living area were wonderful! We were super blessed with great weather so it was wonderful to be able to walk right out onto the beach or sit on the deck.

Great beach front home with a cabin vibe!

My family really enjoyed this home. It was clean and cute with a fun cabin feel on the inside. Beach access was just steps away from the deck. We enjoyed the family time on the deck and the great view! This home was very spacious and fit our family great. We will definitely look at staying here again!

Bunco @ Charlie's Place

Charlie's Place was the perfect beach house for our large Bunco group! 14 crazy ladies were perfectly comfortable and not crowded. We had so much fun and hope to come back next year! Loved every minute of our weekend!
