Nestled above the sand in Lincoln City, this charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the kind of beachfront experience that has become increasingly rare—direct access from the backyard to miles of pristine sandy shoreline.



    Step outside onto the grassy lawn and follow the private stairs down to the beach below. Spend your days exploring tide pools, watching waves crash against the shore, flying kites, searching for Lincoln City's famous glass floats, or simply enjoying long walks along the sand. The Pacific Ocean becomes your backyard playground.



    Inside, Sandgate welcomes you with warm, rustic coastal charm and comfortable gathering spaces designed for making memories with family and friends. Large windows frame breathtaking panoramic ocean views throughout the home, allowing you to enjoy the ever-changing beauty of the coastline from the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and upper deck.



    The spacious deck is the perfect place to begin your morning with a cup of coffee or end your day watching one of the spectacular sunsets that make the Oregon Coast so unforgettable. As evening arrives, slip into the brand-new private hot tub and relax beneath the stars while the soothing sound of the surf rolls in below.



    Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, a gathering with friends, or a peaceful coastal escape, Sandgate offers a timeless oceanfront experience that captures everything people love about Lincoln City. With direct beach access, stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and a brand-new hot tub, this special home invites you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the magic of the Pacific Ocean.

    We’re excited to host you and hope your stay is full of fun and great memories. To keep things peaceful for our wonderful neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. During this time, please stay indoors with windows and doors closed, and keep noise at a comfortable indoor level. The home includes a noise‑monitoring system that measures volume only—it simply helps us ensure the neighborhood stays calm and enjoyable for everyone. Thanks for helping us keep this a welcoming place for all guests.



    PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **



    ★ Hot tub *We strive to make sure hot tubs are working at all times. If they are not working due to circumstances outside of our control, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience.





    Parking limited to 4 spaces, please carpool as much as possible.

The best part of this house was the access to the Beach. you literally steps from the beach! We loved the backyard as it was nice as you had a choice to seat by the ocean without having to actually be on the sand or you throw a blanket on the sands. The best place in the house was the living-room as it had panoramic views of the ocean and the host called to ensure everything was going well as they were so nice, we couldn't give them the bad news. The downside was no hot water on the main floor bathroom. We literally ran the water for over 35 minutes no hot water. We all had to use the upstairs bathroom. The garage door opener did not work from the cell phone as it was an older model not listed on the manufacturer site you had to use. The bathroom door on the mainline floor had to stay open with a rock. No detergent for the washing machine so good thing we brought some with us. No TV in the room upstairs. And the stairs you have to haul everything downstairs. lastly, the hot tub was dirty so we did not use it. We did rate it 3 starts.

This house was absolutely perfect and described accurately. Literal steps to the beach, watch the beautiful sunset and listen to the ocean lull you to sleep. The beds were so comfy! Can't wait to come back again.

Just an incredible place to stay. The house is right on the beach. It's beautiful, tons of space and adequately stocked. We had a fantastic time. I can't imagine anything that needs to be changed.
