We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.

I have always liked the staff here. That’s one reason for returning. Rooms are clean. Great location. However the property itself is having a few issues. The pool heater is broken. Pool is open for those that like cold water. The front door does not close. It is open -wide open - 24 hours a day. Both items will be fixed when parts, equipment and installers get coordinated I was told.

Our room was very dirty. Reese’s wrapper behind the tv, hair in the bath mat, macaroni noodles on the counter. Something spilled on the closet door by the main door and never cleaned up, sticky spot next to the chair. I dropped something and it rolled under the bed and it was a mess underneath. The TV did not work. The staff was great and tried to help but could tell whoever owns/manages does not care to help make sure the staff have adequate help with repairs and maintenance. The lobby, breakfast and fitness areas were great. The pool heater is broken (I booked this hotel because my kids love to swim) so unless you want to swim in a cold pool or sit in the hot tub, don’t book. The front counter staff and breakfast staff were amazing. Whoever hired them, gold stars. They all were friendly and so helpful. Whoever does housekeeping and maintenance needs training. So gross.

Three model is just wonderful so much better than it was in the past. They also have a breakfast bar in the morning which they didn't have in the past which is very nice. All the staff are wonderful friendly and helpful.

Quiet couple that wanted to relax at the beach we booked 5 days and was put on middle floor next to elevator where it was super noisy the whole time. Asked for a room switch to top floor and was told they would try and never heard back. Zero noise enforcement. Kids running up and down hallway all day. Homeless dude living in his car allowed on property. Weed smoke everywhere. People hanging out in hallways loud. No good sleep . Ran out of towels. When asked for towels said they were out and too busy to get us some. Definitely never staying here again. Disappointing after staying there for about 7 years. All manager does is smoke cigarettes all day. Free breakfast is 2 stars. You hear everyone above you and next to you. Good luck relaxing here.

The only thing good about this hotel was their breakfast. The place was worn down. Floor in my room was not washed, turned my socks black. The hotel carpet wasn't vacuumed. The staff were not at the front desk most of the time, had to wait if needed help. The whole lower floor was freezing, because the front doors were left open 24-7 the three days we were there. The swimming pool had no heat. The jacuzzi water was murky and the floor was dirty. Our microwave was rusted on the inside and didn't work (they did replace it with one that worked) The shower made a high pitched squeal noise the entire time it was on. The pictures online were not the same. Very disappointing.

My experience wasnt the greatest. The room smelt like mildew and wet dog. The floors were covered in hair and dirt. There was an actual clump of someones hair in our bed. Black mold in the windows and on the air-conditioner/ heater. The beds are awful! They sink in and kill your back. The staff were all nice but they seemed very under staffed and unorganized. There was never anyone at the desk when we needed. Everytime we asked for towels there werent any so everytime we went to the pool we had to walk back up to our room soaked. The pool area was disgusting from guests. Trash and food everywhere. When my fiancé asked for clean towels for our room the front desk guy questioned as to why our family of 5 needed more towels for our room. We stayed for 3 nights so definitely needed more then what was in the room. The breakfast was not the greatest. 2 Waffle makers cereal toast and some fruit. Was hoping there was yogurt or other hot food like bacon or eggs. The juice machine produced hot juice so it wasnt enjoyable or drinkable. Overall not great. Wont be coming back unfortunately.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and honest. Their hotwater for pool was not working so they didnt charge the extra fees to use the amenities. I was expecting more options for breakfast that was not all sugar. I didnt realize pets were allowed and there was an annoying dog barking at night.

We were extremely happy with our stay at The Ashley Inn. Our room was perfect. Not one complaint from us. We were very satisfied with the breakfast. Good amount of seating for a somewhat small room. Good selections for adults and kids. On our third day there, I watched an employee by the name of Trish, work non-stop (until I interrupted her work by talking to her. She was so very nice) keeping the breakfast room clean and stocked. The people at the front desk always greeted us going in and out. I had a question on my bill, when I got home, I called and talked to Hichan. He looked into the problem and fixed everything to my complete satisfaction. I would highly reccomend the Ashley Inn to family and friends. Thank you, Na cy MacDonald

We booked our stay here taking into consideration breakfast and an indoor pool. We were disappointed to find the breakfast lacking in protein options. Really the only offer was hard cooked eggs. While they are a good source of protein, they are not liked by all. We were there during the week so no bacon, etc like they serve on the weekends. All in all, too much sugar and carbs in what was offered. As for the pool, it was not heated due to a mechanical issue. We understand that these things happen. However this was part of our criteria for choosing this location. We were disappointed. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Not sure that we will ever stay there again, but it’s always a possibility.

The staff was delightful! The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant. He made sure we had a room that could accommodate two old people. Thank you, Hicham. We had a couple of challenges once in our room. Raleigh was able to solve both of them in a kind and helpful way. It was greatly appreciated. We would come back again for the staff alone.

The staff was really great. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken and we saw it advertised that they had a sauna. But that was also not true. There were some the housekeeping cleanliness things, being by the ice machine was a little loud, shower was squeeling and needed to be fixed. The staff again was great and did the best they could all things considered. We like the central location and could even walk down to the beach within ten minutes. Happened to be a pretty rainy day. But all in all, if the things were addressed, then our accommodation would have been good for a night. It was spring break, kids were loud but thats alright. Very accomodating to our pup and property is well kept.

We picked this place for the pool it was freezing. The carpet was dirty 😳 we waited to get breakfast for 20 min it was awful. No creamer for coffee. Norhing like the pictures. Do better and up grade this place!!

The entire bottom half of the place was freezing the door going outside was open all night. I asked for room cleaning and towels they never cleaned or bought towels and I asked the front desk 2 times. Breakdast was late on monday i had to leave. The room above me was loud until 12am to 1am and I let the front dest know changed rooms because of it. Ive stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years its gone way down hill. I did not enjoy my stay there and i always have before dont know thst ill ever stay there again.
