“The unit is as advertised, there are only skylights, no outside windows.Description states that there is air conditioning. There is no central air. AC is provided by swamp cooler in the bedroom.Location is awesome. The unit is clean but a little run down.”

“The property has been beautifully renovated. Check-in and out was super easy. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“Check-in was horrific with no info initially provided and then when we messaged they started giving us multiple codes to figure out which one was for the unit. The apartment was dirty with grime around every corner. The AC barely worked and was so loud because it is one of those floor units with a hose up to the window. The tiniest queen bed ever squeaked with any little movement. And there are no CURTAINS! Attached is the view at 10pm with a security light from the alley shining directly……

“It was very nicely decorated, even though we put a lot away in closets to make room for our things. Only bad experience was how loud the air conditioner was and it was right next to love seat. Couldn’t hear the tv. Other down side was how bad the couch was. One recliner didn’t work and the other one sank down to the springs. The bedrooms were roomy but the one bed was not very comfortable.Everything was very clean except who ever washed the dishes before us must have washed with cold water and……

“Well appointed apartment used for a 6 week stay. The laundry is very convenient and I had no conflict with washing or drying. The location is convenient to grocery, gas, and other conveniences. ”

“Very enjoyable and stress free stay!Snow removal in the parking area was the only disappointment, regularly had to park in and walk through snow.”
