“Very clean”

“The ice machine was not working, the pool was closed, the washing machine was full of rust, the windows rattled when the ac was on... but the ac did work. Towels grubby and beds uncomfortable. The iron is placed on the wall above the ironing board and when I moved the ironing board the iron fell off the wall and hit me on the head. The pointed part of the iron hit me just above the right eye. Yes, I did notify the proprietor of this unsafe situation. His reaction? He just shrugged his……

“The rich history, property and hosts were all excellent! I chose this place fr the location, the scenery and dog friendly and it did not disappoint. If you want your kids to enjoy the outdoors and relax at the same time come here!”

“This property was not in the condition presented by the pictures online. It looks like this was first rented about 4 or 5 yrs ago and I think the pics are from that time. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and a woman kindly directed us to the horses. Sadly, the living room couch was so dirty I had to buy a sheet to feel ok to sit on it. The outdoor spaces were dirty and not pleasant. The bathroom was clean, but it was very small. We rented this for a wedding we were attending, and……

“This is a nice old farmhouse in the middle of a working cattle farm. The house is surrounded by a wooden fence to keep the cattle from standing right outside your doors and windows. The cattle came up to the fence early in the morning before moving on to other areas of the farm so you could see them up close.”

“It felt like the little cottage in the woods. So private and peaceful. I loved cooking in the kitchen. Everything there was so organized and the quality of the kitchen ware was a joy to use and prepare meals for gathering my son and grandkids who live up the road. The washer and drier along with cleaning supplies were accessable to keep the house up through the week. We loved the wrap around porch. Rain was welcome when you can sit out there in the storm and be comfortable. I especially……
