Comfortable stay

Very clean & quiet, made us feel comfortable right away. We only stayed for one night so we didn't use everything there was to offer, like the yard games, but they looked fun. It didn't feel like a basement unit. The lighting is bright, which is nice, since the unit only has a couple windows.

Sparse but spacious!

Great deal for the cost! Lots of room for animals, air mattresses, etc! Big TVs! The lock/door stuck and was a challenge to latch. Plenty of room for family of 6.

The property fit our needs. It wasn’t the cleanest we’ve been in. And the upstairs neighbors are loud well past 11 pm and started again at 5:30 am. The neighbors dog barks a lot and runs back and forth above your bedroom. The size of apartment is great tho and has plenty of space for the.4 of us.

Cute, convenient, and comfortable!

Property is nicer than the pictures! Much more roomy than expected and up fits are modern. Den furniture was comfortable, beds were quality, and there was plenty of kitchen supplies. Fire pit and outdoor space would be great for game weekends. We will definitely stay again when visiting family.

Thanksgiving visit

My adult family and (son’s girlfriend) visited my parents in Seward for Thanksgiving. It was perfect for all of us and my two schnauzers. If there were any questions the manager this responded within the hour. There weren’t any major problems at all. There weren’t any minor ones either! Great place to stay!
