Gym was small but effective! My boyfriend and I got our workouts in with what was there! We were only there two nights so we didn’t try the restaurant or pools/hot tub. BEAUTIFUL views and we were close to the ice castles and mountains for outside winter things!! We will definitely stay there again!

Location is amazing, we visited Santa’s village. Views are beautiful, rooms outdated, however they are clean. Hot tub was so busy and people stayed in for a long time not allowing others to use it. Rooms are not at all sound proof you can hear clearly the person next doors conversation which made sleeping quite hard. Beds not comfortable. We do love coming here overall (bring a fan)

It was a charming mountain hotel, we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice and helpful and the room was spacious enough for 3 people with ski gear. Gorgeous view from massive wall of windows in the back of the building. We'll be back!

Heard so many lovely things about this place so I was really excited to stay here. Sadly I was disappointed in our room - shower walls were full of mold and the shower floor was grimey and gross - it also didn’t drain. When I called about it they did nothing to rectify the mold situation, even when I explained I couldn’t sleep because I couldn’t breathe all night due to it. They did however send someone to unclog the shower drain at least. We did stay in the detached building, so maybe that’s just the less kept areas. Also the bed and pillows were the worst I’ve seen in any of the many places I’ve stayed.

Have stayed at this resort in the past with no issues. Was here with my family including a baby. There was a storm that caused the loss of electricity with no heat for over 6 hours with no temporary resolution from the hotel. How are they not prepared with generators for the outside buildings, (notchview) but they did have one working in their main building. The attendant was less than helpful when a few of us inquired what was the protocol. Her response was keep the door closed. Reached out to management pertaining to the issue and she was not helpful. Needless to say will not be staying here again.

The stay was excellent, we had so much fun. Only 2 recommendations. 1. We had no towel bar or hook in the room. 2. The gift shop has great stuff how ever the cashier stations and wall with the pharmacy items was very very cluttered and dirty. Also , cashier should not pick her teeth at the register and then not wash her hands after she put the pick in her wallet. Items were great rest of store very unprofessional.

The room was fine and cozy. From the room it was very difficult to find the way to the pool and restaurant even with the directions from the staff at the desk. Not one sign. The door we entered thru looked like it led to a mechanical room. We figured out how to get to the various locations but it was through trial and error. All the staff were great and our waitress was fantastic, very personable. The food was delicious! We'll be back.
