When we got to the property, we were given keys to a room for which the door didn’t work. Apparently they needed to repair the door and didn’t. They switched us to a room with a very inconvenient layout for our family, and didn’t offer any even so much as an apology.

Clean rooms. Staff is not friendly. No people skills. When I am happier then the staff, that makes for a lousy check-in.

Makes me want to stay home.
Multiple outlets didn’t work in the room. The smoke detector had plastic over it. Obviously a previous guest was smoking but it wasn’t even noticed. No working alarm clock. The shower had very low water pressure and the temperature changed from scalding hot to ice cold multiple times during a shower. No in room coffee makers and a very poor continental breakfast.

We had a great stay! It was quite considering there was a Husker game going on but the room smelled musty upon entering each time. Probably from the air conditioner.

Friendly staff and a room that did its job...
If you are looking for an updated hotel with all the finer things, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a comfortable bed but don't mind outdated or worn out looking things, I recommend this hotel. The front desk gal was super nice and fun to chat with. It is pet friendly which is what we were looking for. We took our fur kid on her first long weekend and she did great! Water pressure in the shower was great too...I have longer hair so this is a big deal to me. Would I stay again? Yes!

Do NOT book this motel. I called them before I made the reservation to make sure they had a room. After that I booked it through Expedia. However, when I arrived that place around 12:30am, they told me they sold my room to someone else without even an apology!!! I was stuck in that small city but Expedia helped me find another place. This place has no integrity, consciousness, or basic business manner. Awful.

Nice clean room with some furniture broken. Breakfast…The coffee smelled like toilet water. Very watered down. For juice, it was just water flowing and we came early.

We didn't like the bed - our main reason for staying in any motel. Everything else was fine, but the bed was 1) way too tall, and 2: tilted, 3" taller on one side so we were always trying not to roll over. The tilt didn't show when we walked in because the staff carefully arranged the pillows to hide it. so we were settled and tired before we found out!!!!
