“It's one of the newer hotels in Ruston and yet my room had significant water damage to the ceiling. I'm from the area and come back 5-6 times a year. Typically staying at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed no one has reached out to me after requesting mamager comtact me. ”

“We checked in late at night and they claimed their cc machine was not working. They made us pay $100 incidental fee in cash. We had no option. In the morning they added "extra" fees to our stay and refused to give us back our entire cash deposit. Very disappointing and criminal. The room conditions were just terrible.”

“Power went out MULTIPLE times during our 4 day stay, including multiple times within the day. Very cold, no central heat just 2 small heaters. Floors were dirty, bathroom rug was full of leaves and dirt. Bedding had stains, tv remote also did not work from time to time. Cute location just not clean and power is very weak.”

“It was very close to LA Tech, where my son was graduating from college. It made it easy to get back-and-forth for all this things we had to do.”

“The house is very spacious and clean. Well put together for an older home. Everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Not awful but not even close to good. Cleanliness needs to be attended to. I do not recommend. ”

“We rented this property to attend our daughter’s graduation from La Tech along with several family members. The house has been beautifully redone and was very clean. The host had several little nice touches - water, popcorn, flip flops, fuzzy socks, toiletries and even sleep masks. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and we even had additional guests over after graduation and never felt crowded. It was very close to the college but the neighborhood was a little ran down.I gave 4 stars……
