“The home was exactly as advertised, and while small, the open space was plenty roomy for our group of 3-4 adults plus an infant. The kitchen and bath were neat and contemporary. We really appreciated the little things…all the dishes/pots & pans, and glassware that we needed, but also games and other things (binoculars!) to help us enjoy our stay. The best part - the location! At the end of the point with private access to the bay, and a lovely deck to enjoy the gorgeous water views - we couldn’t……

“A group of us went to the Providence Bruins game. The apartment was close to federal hill and downtown Providence. There is off street parking and we easily Ubered everywhere. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 couples. There wasn’t any outside noise and we could gather in different parts of the house without waking others. The house has many thoughtful touches. The stairs are steep and narrow for the upstairs space. So you get your steps in. Host was responsive to texts. Enjoyed our……

“Just a couple of suggestions: needed more TP: 2 rolls for 5 days, needed more towels, washclothes and kitchen towels... Only had 1 trash bag....outside trash cans were full when we took our trash out... Backdoor was a little drafty and possibly might should have a deadbolt on it.. loved the house...worked perfect for our visit... Will rent again”

Easy access to Providence and lots of info about the area offered by owner. We plan on returning next summer and possibly a visit this winter . Home is small so finished basement was very helpful … Home was very well equipped with just about everything you need - Owner was extremely helpful ..”

“Our stay was great! Very clean and spacious. Wouldn't call it a two bedroom though. The only TV was in the bedroom which caused us to only hangout in the bedroom. I would recommend another TV in the living room area.”
