Welcome to your spacious and peaceful lakeside retreat! Enjoy stunning water views, morning coffee on the back porch, starry nights, and the soothing sounds of nature. Perfect for weekend getaways, and conveniently located near First Monday Trade Days.

The space:
Please note the unit has beds for 12 people! Included in this total is the following:
- Bedroom #2 has a bed in a very large closet for use by larger parties.
- There is an open loft with a bunk bed at the top of the stairs.

Guest access:
Instructions for check in and check out for Garden Valley Condo #4 will be messaged to you after the reservation is made. Check in time is after 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am.

Please note:
- There are two condos per building
- Occasionally the critters tip over the trash (please keep the trash inside until you check out)

It was a beautiful property with a beautiful view. It was convenient to several towns and events in the area.

Not great

Beautiful location, but the house obviously isnt being maintained. There was many broken blinds, knows missing from cabinets, a cracked kitchen window, the fireplace & TV not working, there were only thin blankets provided (during a late December booking) and a very unbalanced heater (freezing downstairs, upstairs unbearably hot). The host did respond right away when the kitchen faucet leaked, and tried remotely adjusting the heater.

In East Texas for our daughter’s wedding. Many people in and out and the property was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing place

We overall loved our stay. There were some loud guests next to us that kept us up late, but that was the only downside. Space was as advertised, very clean and easy to get to. Would gladly come back.
