“This is a very nice property. The only complaint I have is that when you book it, it says parking is included, and when you get there you have to pay $11. That isn’t a large amount, but it kind of rubs me the wrong way.”

“This property is giving Motel 6 vibes. When we arrived, our room didn’t have any toiletries, so we had to call the front desk The cleanliness was disappointing. The bedroom floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly—I noticed a sticky, clear substance between the bed and the nightstand that should have been obvious to housekeeping. If something that noticeable was missed, it makes me question how well the floors were actually cleaned. When I pulled back the sheets, I found what looked like……

“First, the staff is VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. The hotel is old and it’s in a small town. On the good side, they do offer breakfast, which is not indicated on the Expedia site or app. If you are wondering, yes, they have a waffle iron and batter. Our room had a very musty smell, as if a homeless person with musty clothes and body odor has been staying there. The mustiness was also coming out of the A/C unit. It was a strong, moldy, mildew-like smell. I had to turn the A/C colder to try to reduce……

“Staff were very kind, enjoyed service at the Biergarten very much. The New Rhelm Vienna beer was amazing with the delicious pretzel and beer cheese. Cottage was quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking spots are labeled for your cottage. Really enjoyed the mashup of Jules and Woodlands as Woodlands is getting a face lift. Overall, Walkable and not too far to anything. Loved the S'more hour. We gathered our s'more supplies from Inn lobby and enjoyed the quiet of the night. The golf putt practice……

“The Sage Cottage was so charming! The owner was very welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of! The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was plated for us and ready to eat when we came downstairs. It was a tasty traditional breakfast! I would stay here again!”
