「Perfect」

「PERFECT stay for a large family! 14 were in town for our brothers wedding in Round Hill. 2 full kitchen spaces with living room. A bathroom for every room plus powder room downstairs! I'm jealous of those staying during pool season! It was glorious!」

「This farmhouse is huge and very well appointed. The photos on the listing are accurate. Plenty of beds. Common spaces are comfy, and the outdoor gazebo and pool area are very nice. Kitchen has all you need. The property is very quiet and private. Wifi is slow, but hopefully you don't have to do any work while you are enjoying the beautiful home!」

「We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. The property is beautiful, horses in every direction and views that include mountains. We loved the outdoor space and wish we'd had more time to just hang out. Bring a corkscrew (the only thing we needed and didn't have) and plan to spend time taking in the scenery.」

「We loved staying at this property and hope to return in the future! We hosted a rehearsal dinner for our wedding at a venue nearby and it was wonderful. The house and property are great to get around. The only things I would recommend preparing for is that: (1) the wifi signal and data signal are both weak, so be prepared to spend most of your time off your device; and (2) there are a couple of hornet/wasp nests on the patio and at the event structure by the silo. They were not...

「We had a great time at this adorable farmhouse! Our family of 5 enjoyed cooked meals together at the table, tea and coffee every morning, and board games every night! Tom was extremely hospitable and made sure our stay was perfect!」
