「Perfect location and hotel was definitely upscale. The staff was exceptional! Interaction with all staff was friendly and helpful! Only complaints would be that the air conditioner was noisy when it was on and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. Overall we loved our stay and are looking forward to going back in a few months!」

「This is a really beautiful hotel! We loved the little lounge areas throughout to relax without having to go back to your room. Room was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I liked how close it was to really anything you could want! 」

「Very well located. Near shopping and a plethora of restaurants. Very quite. Beds and pillows are beyond. The bathroom was so roomy, had a tub and a wonderful showerhead. 」

「This was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Norman and his staff were absolutely phenomenal and extremely accommodating. They were very friendly and helpful with anything that we could’ve needed. The amenities were very clean and Security was excellent. I really loved my stay at the Hilton Garden in downtown.」

「Jules and Shaman were ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH. My only complaint is that there were gnats in my room. After a few days I couldn’t take it any more and changed to a different room. Unfortunately, that room had gnats as well. Jules sprayed my room, and it helped but did not eliminate the issue. I noticed that there were also gnats in the hallways. I was told that the issue was being worked on, however, it was not resolved before I left.」
