They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……

“The room was spacious with nice decor and seating options. The ceiling had water stains in 2 places. The pillow were nice and comfy. I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. “Great staff and a great pool”

“My husband has a neck injury and balance issues. The elevator was out for service and there were no lower floor rooms at first. When the desk employee called the manager we got a saved room on the bottom floor. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned recently and there was mold in the shower. We paid extra for 2 Queen beds and had to take a King bed. It was the circumstances with the elevator that made the stay less than expected. This information should be communicated to Expedia for travelers……
