「Place was infested with mice. Fridge was defect. Dishwasher didn’t work. Moldy floors. Bathroom was not sanitary. Floors and door handles were sticky. Bathroom door didn’t close as the frame was crooked. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “. I needed to talk to the resolution center multiple times and then she basically kicked us out instead of rectifying the issue. Will not recommend...

We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. 「This place is a total scam. I am still fighting with VRBO to get my money back because they charged a completely different amount to what was stated.The host promised check in instructions 24 hours prior to my stay. I received nothing, reached out several times through multiple channels, still nothing. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO stranded in a city with nowhere to stay until they finally responded 2 hours before my check in time, not 24, AFTER THEY SAID I COULD HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN....
