“Everything was great. The only concern I had was at the indoor pool was a kind of cold. But that’s all.”

“The staff was great! Check in was easy. Our door lock was broken with no alternative options, our HVAC didn’t work and it was so loud from mid night til 4am. Rough nights sleep. ”

“We planned for a refrigerator and were disappointed. Room was ok but probably should not have been that expensive. We had to get help to fix the TV as it wasn’t working. Not sure if we would take a chance on a room again. Thank you for asking. The HELP staff was outstanding!”

“Room not available until 7p, check in time 3pm. Unable to watch TV due to satellite issues when arrived, waited for 30-45min with no improvement before calling front desk, was told sumbody be done and waited another 40 min, went to front desk just to find out what going on and that person left because shift over and oncoming staff did not know anything. Staff was unable to fix tv issue and told me there was nothing they could do. I had to problem solve and fixed myself but it kept losing signal……

“Overall it was decent but Marriott’s used to be top of the line. This one was run down and the breakfast area was not kept clean and food options was not refreshed … for the price we expected a little better but overall it was good ”

“We booked a room with one king bed. We were given a room with 2 queen beds, when I told the desk person he had to call the manager stating there were none available. Then we were given a room with one king bed that looked like some had used the bed and just made the top to look good. There were dirty linen carts in the hallway when we arrived and were still in the same spot when we checked out. The breakfast had cereal, but only chocolate milk; the fruit tasted slightly rancid; the two bite……

“I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. ”

“Construction to update facilities. State basketball tournaments in town with limited rooms during spring break. Still quiet, with great staff.”

“This place is horrible and I have no idea what kind of low class people are staying there and giving good reviews. We were driving back from Colorado and choose it base in the reviews but it’s a total joke. We arrived exactly at 1 am and was hoping to get quick check in since no one was there by reception,but…… we were wrong !!! When we walked in we were greeted by extremely loud guy behind a counter. My first thought was holly cow his voice is hurting my ears!!!! He totally took advantage of……
