"Clean room, only hoped the carpet surrounding the bed was clean. Looked stained, needs washing. Breakfast was decent. Free washer& dryer was awesome! Would have liked to borrow a steamer to keep in the room for daily use, only had 1 large steamer which is located in the laundry room. But otherwise, a good stay. Rooms are pretty soundproof."

"The bar service was disappointing due to limited stock. After selecting a beer from the menu, we were told only one bottle was available in the entire building. We then tried to order sparkling wine, only to be told that was out of stock as well. It was frustrating to see a full menu but have so few of the items actually available for purchase."

"Incredibly warm and welcoming staff, super helpful with planning tours and giving local recs. Gym was super clean and spacious, though the machines were limited. A little further from metro stations than expected, but super close to 不夜城 which was amazing for food and shopping. "

"This is a very nice hotel in a good location.rooms are a good size and spacious. Our only issue was the AC. We always book rooms with AC but here the hotel controlled when it was available. Once it was on you could adjust the temp in your room. The hotel did provide us with some fans which really helped but it was still disappointing. The AC did finally seem to stay on by the 3rd night after my wife complained again. The staff were very nice, i think the issue was due to how the building management team programed the availability of AC. Even though it was mid April, some hotels have “winter mode” which regulates the necessity of using AC."

"Great location and perfect for those travelling to Xi’an the first time. It was close to the Muslim Quarter and in great distance within a metro station. There is plenty of places to look near the hotel. The staff were very helpful and I really enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely go back on my next visit "
