The hotel room was disappointing. The carpet was dirty and there was a strong smoke smell. The shower room had no proper barrier or shade, so water leaked all over the bathroom. This needs improvement.

I showed promptly for 4pm check in. I didnt get a ro9m for an hour. They kept telling my room was being cleaned as I stood there watching guest after guest over that hour get a room and check in. Every time I inquired the front desk seemed un interested in helping for givinge another room . Obviously ...

The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious! We got married nearby on Saturday and stayed there for 3 nights; we had 5 rooms total for our wedding party. We asked that all the rooms be close and on the same floor and they accommodated our request. Thank you, Andrew!!!

Noise above our room keep us awake all night. I alerted the desk at 9pm but no relief. I stay at a lot of hotels every year, this was the worst night ever.
