"Beautiful hotel, welcoming warm staff and exceptional location."

"Overall it was a very nice hotel in an excellent location. Very clean and very spacious room with an excellent view over the river. Had a clean en-suite bathroom which had a good size shower! Even though we didn’t use it they had a kitchen at the end of the hallway with tea/coffee available. Friendly staff and would recommend staying here!"

"A wonderful stay in Verona! We had a fantastic experience at Novo Hotel Rossi. The room was bright, comfortable and well-equipped — everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds were great and we slept really well every night. What truly stood out though was the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and that personal touch made a real difference. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Verona Porta Nuova train station, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. We would absolutely recommend Novo Hotel Rossi to anyone visiting Verona. We will definitely be back!"

"Martina and Lorenzo were incredible from booking and the checking in process before arrival to greeting at the door and always being present with a smile, recommendations for the area and friendly conversation. They truly went above and beyond making our celebrations special helping decorate the room. The property itself was gorgeous with marble, warm lighting and plenty of space with all the amenities we needed. Could not recommend this place enough and not just because of the convenient location to the centre but for the people that work within the property from Martina and Lorenzo to all the housekeeping staff greeting everyday with a smile!"
